Synergie: Sowing ideas, reaping the future

Quattrolinee had the opportunity to participate in the Synergie Impact project promoted by Synergie Italia, an employment agency that connects young talents and professionals with working realities. The company’s goal was to communicate its commitment to environmental and social sustainability through its Christmas 2024 campaign.

To this end, our agency contributed to the creation of a calendar, which focused on the main character: the tree; as a symbol of sustainability, stability, and looking towards the future, values that are essential for Synergie in the work environment. In particular, the visual identity of the project was designed, and analog and digital media were developed.

Visual Identity

For the visual identity, leaves and branches were chosen to represent the relationship between the individual and the community that is created in the company. This was made possible through collaboration with illustrator Silvia Gariglio, who through her delicate and unique style best rendered the values of the campaign.

The technique used is watercolor, because of the light but strong stroke. The colors chosen for the illustrations are red and teal, which match both Christmas imagery and the concepts of digital innovation and the future. The campaign claim design refers to the concept of trees and nature and at the same time communicates the company’s values.

Amalog and digital media

Quattrolinee was responsible for designing the calendar and making additional gadgets such as shopping bags, greeting cards, gift cards and diaries.

Regarding digital communication, posts were created for the company’s social media following the guidelines chosen for brand identity.
