Consea-Group: Passion For People

An HR consultancy company that puts people first and has improved the offer of its services through the renewal of the visual identity, the website, and a targeted digital marketing strategy.

Consea is an Italian consulting firm with an international presence, which carries out ad hoc projects concerning human resources and whose objective is the progress of their client’s businesses. Quattrolinee oversaw the modernization of the brand image intending to make it corporate but at the same time friendly, through the creation of a new logo, the overhaul of the website, and the creation of digital marketing strategies.

Through these activities, Consea can communicate its recruiting and consultancy services with its clients on an international level, maintaining its own identity and recognition and positioning itself effectively in its sector.

Visual Identity

The color palette has been renewed, going from blue, a color that is too corporate for the customer, to different shades of green, which convey more of the idea of ​​energy and inclusion, while maintaining an image of authority. Subsequently, other colors, yellow and blue, were selected for the different sections. There is also the use of scribble and illustrations necessary to make the perception of the brand less formal, together with photographs that portray groups of people or that appeal to emotion, to reiterate Consea’s attention to the human component.

The previous logo, a pinwheel, was used as a basis for the creation of the new one: the lines were softened, segments created, 6 like the States in which Consea is present, which recall the quotation marks used to mark the dialogue, one of the founding values ​​of the Company, and which were then rearranged to form a “C”.

Website

The site was built from scratch, in line with the guidelines of the new brand image and to communicate both the valorization of the human component and the internationality of Consea, declining it not only in Italian but also in English. A recruiting section was built within the site   A recruiting section within the site through which Consea can promote open job positions, users can search using keywords and submit their applications.

The site is divided into three main sections, which consist of the three services offered by Consea: Consulting, Head Hunting and 4Women. Each of these has been associated with the color established by the color palette. There is also a blog section, also organized into sectors according to the topic covered.

Digital Marketing Strategy

The social media marketing strategy proposed by Quattrolinee was focused on LinkedIn, as it is the platform most used by Consea’s main target. Since the main objective of the company is to increase the awareness of the brand internationally, a content strategy has been structured by alternating local and global themes, in Italian and English, also taking advantage of the follower base of the group’s recruiters.

For vertical initiatives, such as the recruiting projects carried out by Consea for leading companies in the sector, Quattrolinee has developed specific co-marketing strategies, developing advertising campaigns on LinkedIn to convey users to landing pages specially created to allow target users to apply.
