Box Architetti – Architecture for Living

Box Architetti is an integrated design firm focusing on architecture, urban planning, and interior design. Its hallmarks are simplicity and functionality, characteristics that go hand in hand with Box Architetti’s main values: sustainability, precision, and creativity.

Quattrolinee played a key role in redefining the new visual identity, developing an optimized website, and creating analog and digital media to promote Box Architects.

Rebranding

The whole concept behind the rebranding process stems from the idea of anamorphic typography, according to which an object, a letter, or an element appears aligned only when observed from a precise point of view through a play of perspectives and positions. The new logotype is based precisely on this concept: thanks to a play of lines, the “B” of box Architetti cut by a vertical and diagonal line acquires sinuosity and movement.

The concept is clear and straightforward: on the one hand, it emphasizes perspective plays, which in the case of this brand represent Box Architetti’s multidisciplinary nature as planners, architects, and designers. On the other, the aligned “B” represents Box Architetti’s modus operandi, relying upon anamorphic typography as the key to its projects, in which figures and elements acquire meaning only when observed from a specific point of view.

Analog media

Aligned with the identity, Quattrolinee also carried out the design of various analog media with different declinations, such as business cards, banners, construction site banners and analog advertising campaigns.

Digital Media

The new identity and concept were also declined in the various digital applications: social media templates were developed to consolidate Box Architetti’s positioning on a multi-channel strategy. The website created is designed by acquiring the founding elements of the new identity, such as the color palette, with an intuitive interface that makes the user path clear to the “about us”, “portfolio” and “services” pages respectively.

The portfolio and projects sections are the main focus of the site, providing a clear overview of past and current work completed by Box Architetti. The arrangement of content and the technology used create a website that is easy to navigate and fluid on all devices.

Beside

The revamped brand identity shapes also the identity of one of the services offered by Box Architetti: Beside. The color choice falls on a fusion of the vibrant and bright colors of heat maps combined with the dark blue tones of Box Architetti’s parent brand

The chosen naming aims precisely to highlight the core of this service, a 3D laser scanner tool designed to support architects and surveyors during the design process.
